Chiropractic Care:
We offer a variety of services including pain management, corrective chiropractic, wellness chiropractic, pediatric chiropractic care, sports injury chiropractic, pre-natal chiropractic care, and more.
Our Technique we preform: Pettibon System which is a comprehensive rehabilitation program for the spine's hard and soft tissues. It uses x-rays for diagnosis, assessing progress, and proof of treatment effectiveness. It tests each patient's ability to respond to care, and trains patients in home care for faster correction. Dr. Keith also practices with the Palmer package that he learned at Palmer College.
When using traditional x-rays and exam, we are able to pinpoint where in the spine the nerve roots are being irritated, and what areas of muscle are functioning incorrectly as a result of the nerve interference. A vertebral subluxation leads to improper electrical impulses which can lead to poor health.
Massage Chair Sessions: 15 min, 30 min, 45 min, and 1 hour.
Massage chairs offer a range of physical and mental health benefits, including muscle relaxation, improved circulation, pain relief, and stress reduction.

Massage chairs offer a range of physical and mental health benefits, including muscle relaxation, improved circulation, pain relief, and stress reduction.
Physical Benefits
- Muscle Relaxation: Massage chairs use various techniques such as kneading, rolling, and compression to relax tight muscles and alleviate tension. This can be particularly beneficial after workouts or long periods of sitting.
- Pain Relief: Regular use of massage chairs can help relieve chronic pain, especially in the back, neck, and shoulders. Studies have shown that consistent chair massage can lead to significant reductions in pain scores and discomfort
- Improved Circulation: The mechanical action of massage chairs promotes better blood flow, which can enhance oxygen delivery to muscles and aid in recovery. This is particularly important for individuals with sedentary lifestyles.
- Enhanced Flexibility: By reducing muscle stiffness, massage chairs can improve flexibility and range of motion, making it easier to perform daily activities and exercise.
- Stress Reduction: Using a massage chair can lower cortisol levels, the hormone associated with stress. This leads to a more relaxed state and can help improve overall mental well-being.
- Better Sleep Quality: The relaxation provided by massage chairs can contribute to improved sleep quality. Many users report falling asleep faster and experiencing deeper sleep after regular use.
- Increased Energy Levels: By alleviating muscle fatigue and improving sleep, massage chairs can help boost energy levels throughout the day.
- 3 Sources
- Convenience: Unlike traditional massage therapy, massage chairs provide the convenience of on-demand relief without the need for appointments or travel.
- Customization: Many modern massage chairs come with customizable settings, allowing users to tailor their massage experience to their specific needs and preferences.
In summary, investing in a massage chair can be a valuable addition to your self-care routine, offering numerous benefits for both physical and mental health. Regular use can lead to a more relaxed, pain-free, and energized lifestyle.
ShockwaveShockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic waves to promote healing in musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. What is Shockwave Therapy?Shockwave therapy, also known as extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), involves the application
of high-frequency pressure waves to injured areas of the body. This technique was initially developed to break up kidney stones but has since been adapted for treating various musculoskeletal conditions. The therapy works by stimulating the body's natural healing processes, increasing blood flow, and reducing pain at the site of injury. WebMD+1 How Does It Work? The therapy involves sending pulses of energy to the affected area, which creates microtrauma in the tissue. This microtrauma triggers an inflammatory response, leading to increased blood flow and the regeneration of damaged tissues. The procedure is typically performed using a handheld device that delivers the shockwaves through the skin. WebMD+1 Conditions Treated Shockwave therapy is commonly used to treat a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, including:
While shockwave therapy is generally safe, it may not be suitable for everyone. Patients should consult with a healthcare provider to determine if this treatment is appropriate for their specific condition. Potential side effects can include mild discomfort during the procedure and temporary soreness in the treated area. WebMD+1 In summary, shockwave therapy is a promising treatment option for individuals suffering from chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries, offering a non-invasive alternative to traditional surgical methods. If you are considering this therapy, it is advisable to discuss it with a qualified healthcare professional to assess its suitability for your condition. |
Spinal DecompressionDecompression therapy is a nonsurgical means of relieving pain to the lower back and neck and is often referred to as spinal decompression therapy. Decompression therapy is a spinal disc rehabilitation program that slowly and gently stretches the area of the spine while decompressing the discs. This type of treatment is considered to be very safe.
Using this technique in stretching the spine allows a vacuum effect to happen inside the discs. This type of pressure can reposition the retraction of the bulging or herniated disc to the inside of the disc, taking pressure off the nerve root, relieving the patient of pain. Very small steps are taken during each therapy session. The therapy sessions usually take place over a period of four to six weeks and often end with dramatic positive results. |
Nasal Balloon TherapyThis technique has also assisted in the decreased use of C-PAP machines, sleep apnea, vertigo, and sinus infections, allowing the patient to eliminate the use of the C-PAP and/or use minimally. Allowing you to breathe easy, sleep restfully, and increase oxygen flow to the brain. The increased oxygen flow to the brain will create a more restful and youthful you
The nasal specific technique is the moving of bones and tissues of the nasal passages with the help of a small balloon (finger cot). Air is gently inflated into the balloon with the help of a blood pressure cuff bulb. The inflating balloon will separate the bones of the nasal passages and stretches the tissues. The treatment is considered optimal when the balloon pushes through the nasal passages and touches the back of the throat. |
